Registration entitles you to an audition via CD (of at least 3 and no more than 5 minutes), or in person, a brief adjudicator's report and possibility to be in the top 12 competing on October 22, 2009. First auditions on June 22, 2009 to create a short list. Final decisions on September 11th.
